How Pakistanis apply
Pakistani ordinary passport holders are not visa-exempt. The e-Visa is applied for on the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) portal by a local Singapore contact or strategic partner, and you travel with a printout of it.
You can also apply through an authorised visa agent outside Singapore, but Pakistanis then need a letter of introduction from a local contact or the agent. Check each Singapore package to see whether the agency arranges this.
Processing time
Applications from Pakistan are processed in 3 working days, not counting the day of submission.
Before you land
Submit the free SG Arrival Card within the three days before you arrive. It is not a visa.
Without a visa you can only transit inside Changi Airport, with an onward ticket and without clearing immigration.
