For travelers
These terms describe how Wonderlist works and what to expect when you use the app. They are written in plain language for clarity.
01
Using the Service
We provide a platform to discover and request bookings with independent travel agencies. Agencies are responsible for the services they provide.
02
Your Account
Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
03
Bookings, Pricing, and Payments
Availability, pricing, and cancellation terms are set by agencies and shown in the app. Payment processing may involve third-party providers with their own terms.
04
Platform Role and Liability
Wonderlist operates solely as a facilitator that connects you with registered travel agencies. Wonderlist is not a party to any booking and accepts no liability for service delivery, payments, or any dispute arising from bookings made through the platform.
05
Reviewing a Booking
Before completing a booking, you are responsible for thoroughly reviewing all package details—including services, dates, pricing, the agency's refund policy, and any applicable terms and conditions. By proceeding with a booking, you expressly accept and agree to the agency's terms and conditions.
06
Payments and Deadlines
All payments are processed directly through the agency. You are responsible for making timely payment in accordance with the package terms, including any deposit, installment, or balance payment deadlines.
07
Cancellations and Refunds
In the event of a cancellation, you must follow the agency's published refund policy. You acknowledge that refunds may be partial or non-refundable depending on the cancellation timeline and the agency's specific rules.
08
Travel Documents and Compliance
You are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including valid passports, visas, and any other documentation required for your destination. You must also comply with all rules, regulations, and conduct expectations of the destination country, hotels, transport providers, and any other services included in your package.
09
Keeping the Agency Informed
You must notify the agency of any changes, delays, or issues in a timely manner to help avoid disruption to your trip.
10
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute or disagreement with an agency, you must first attempt to resolve the matter directly with the agency before involving Wonderlist. Where a resolution cannot be reached, any decision will be based on the preponderance of available evidence, including booking records, communication logs, and the agency's refund policy.
11
No Guarantee of Quality or Safety
Wonderlist does not guarantee the quality, safety, or availability of any package offered by an agency and is not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, or claim arising from your booking or trip.
12
Responsible Use
You agree to use the platform responsibly, provide accurate information, and refrain from any fraudulent or malicious activity. Any violation may result in account suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
13
Content You Provide
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant us a license to display it in the app and related communications.
14
Acceptable Use
Do not use the service for unlawful, misleading, or harmful activity, or to harass others.
15
Service Availability
We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
