Getting started as an agency

Six steps to go from sign-up to your first booking on Wonderlist. Work through them in order — each one builds on the last.

The six steps

    Create your agency profile

    Sign up as an agency and complete onboarding with your business name, contact details, and the credentials that build traveler trust. A complete profile gets more views.

  2. 02
    Publish your first package

    Go to the Packages tab and create a listing. Add photos, a day-by-day itinerary, a starting price, and clear inclusions so travelers know exactly what they're booking.

    Answer traveler requests

    Travelers post custom trip requests with dates, budget, and destination. Respond with a tailored proposal — warm, structured leads instead of cold clicks.

    Chat and close in one thread

    Use built-in messaging to handle questions, quotes, and itinerary tweaks. Every message stays attached to the trip, from first question to final booking.

  5. 05
    Manage bookings and payouts

    Track every request, proposal, and booking by status from your dashboard. Payout timing and fees are shown in the app and may vary by payment method.

  6. 06
    Earn reviews and grow

    Deliver great trips, then respond to reviews to build your reputation. Strong reviews put your packages in front of more travelers.
