Karachi participants can join from Islamabad/Lahore. Cancellation: 50% deduction if cancelled 1 week before departure; 75% within 3 days; no refund within 1 day of departure or during the trip. Advance is submitted to the agency to confirm; the remaining amount is collected at departure. Travellers must carry CNIC and report 30 minutes before departure.

Itinerary Phases
Day 1
Journey to Raikot via Babusar Top
Depart Lahore/Islamabad via Motorway with a breakfast stop at Balakot or Naran, travelling via Babusar Top towards Raikot/Chilas. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2
Jeep to Tato & Hike to Fairy Meadows
Jeep from Raikot Bridge to Tato (jeep charges excluded), then hike to Fairy Meadows. Overnight stay at Fairy Meadows.
Day 3
Nanga Parbat Base Camp
Full day at Fairy Meadows with a hike towards the Nanga Parbat (Killer Mountain) viewpoint/base camp. Bonfire and music; overnight at Fairy Meadows.
Day 4
Return to Naran/Kaghan
Hike down and jeep back to Raikot, then travel towards Naran/Kaghan. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 5
Return Journey
After breakfast, depart for the respective cities with scenic stops en route. End of tour.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
If you cancel the trip within 2 days of the trip start, the total amount is non-refundable.
Always non-refundable: Visa & immigration fees, Travel insurance premiums, Service & consultation fees, Government taxes, Flight & bus tickets.
If your trip is rescheduled by the agency
Special cases — force majeure, medical emergencies, visa rejection, or agency-initiated cancellation — are handled in line with the agency's full policy and applicable consumer-protection law. Keep supporting documents (e.g. medical certificate or visa-rejection letter) for these requests.
