Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you cancel the trip within 20 days of the trip start, the total amount is non-refundable.

Always non-refundable: Visa & immigration fees, Travel insurance premiums, Service & consultation fees, Government taxes, Flight & bus tickets.

If your trip is rescheduled by the agency

The non-refundable portion of your booking will be deducted and the remaining balance will be refunded to you.

Special cases — force majeure, medical emergencies, visa rejection, or agency-initiated cancellation — are handled in line with the agency's full policy and applicable consumer-protection law. Keep supporting documents (e.g. medical certificate or visa-rejection letter) for these requests.
