- Or cancel: paid online → full refund with no deductions; cash bookings → any advance is refunded, free of charge.
Special cases — force majeure, medical emergencies, visa rejection, or agency-initiated cancellation — are handled in line with the agency's full policy and applicable consumer-protection law. Keep supporting documents (e.g. medical certificate or visa-rejection letter) for these requests.
